Classic and rebellious at the same time, the SCOTT collection combines patterned fabrics with a soft leather base in warm earth tones, inspired by British landscapes. It is our interpretation of the Scottish style, with its unmistakable paintings with alternating color bands. The fabric is characterized by the value and resistance of the processing of dyed wool yarns based on natural extracts, to create the abstract geometries of horizontal and vertical perpendicular lines. Evocations of a Gaelic and Celtic imagery that have their roots in the Hallstatt culture of central Europe in the eighth and sixth century BC. and even more in the remote Taklaman desert, where traces of this type of fabric have been found dating back to more than three thousand years ago. Malucchi combines the great artisan tradition with a creativity that comes from continuous research not only technical, but also historical-artistic-cultural.
